1/14/25 Recipe Club – January Goodness
Happy January Friend!
As the new year has started and everyone is diving deep into their new years resolutions (wahoo you are 8 days in already) I wanted to share a fun fact. On average only 9% of those that create new years resolutions actually complete them. Whether it is a new fitness routine, diet, daily wake up time, etc. BUT that doesn’t mean it isn’t possible!
You can do anything you set your mind too. Even if it isn’t any of the above I am still cheering you on! I like to focus on a single word to embody for the year. This year I chose consistency. So this is my pact to you that as I navigate being consistent that means at least one message from me a week with yummy recipes. My goal has been and will always be to help you make meals and memories and it is such an honor to be in your kitchen with you.
Okay, now let’s get onto those consistent recipes. I wanted to share a mixture of yummy scratch made recipes but also healthier options to fit what works best for you.
